Our Story

The journey of Santos Leadership Group began with the remarkable career of our founder, Elisabete Santos. For over two decades, Elisabete served as a Special Agent with the FBI, where she led complex investigations, protected national security, and trained the next generation of law enforcement and organizational leaders. From cyber threats to counterintelligence operations, she worked on the frontlines of some of the most pressing challenges of our time—earning recognition including the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in U.S. National Security.

During her FBI tenure, Elisabete discovered her true passion: developing people and organizations to thrive under pressure. As a Training Coordinator, she designed leadership programs that shaped thousands of professionals across the FBI and partnered with agencies nationwide to strengthen collaboration, trust, and resilience.

In 2024, she founded Santos Leadership Group with a mission to bring those lessons beyond national security, helping businesses, government agencies, and individuals unlock their potential. Through keynote speaking, workshops, and consulting, the Group blends real-world security expertise, leadership strategy, and empowerment coaching to inspire leaders to rise, adapt, and succeed in today’s rapidly changing world.
